Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Memozen. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • Your account has completed fewer than 3 game sessions after upgrading.
  • The Platform was not functioning as described due to a technical issue on our end.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Refund request made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • The account has completed 3 or more sessions after upgrading (indicating active use).
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (though we will work to improve it).
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts found to have violated our Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@memozen.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
  2. Include your registered email address and the date of purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  5. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Amount

  • Approved refunds are for the full amount paid — no deductions or processing fees.
  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Razorpay's processing timelines apply and may vary by bank (typically 5–7 business days).

5. Plan Downgrade

If you do not qualify for a refund but wish to stop using a paid plan, you can let your subscription expire naturally at the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations, but your access will continue until the subscription end date.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Platform, please contact us immediately at support@memozen.in. We will first attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 7-day window.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. Users on the Free plan may upgrade at any time and will be covered by this policy from the date of their first paid transaction.
