1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Memozen ("the Platform"), operated by Clevergen Education, Tamil Nadu, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Memozen

Memozen is an AI-powered photographic memory training platform designed for Indian students aged 4–20. The Platform provides flashcard-based brain exercises, AI-generated questions, and progress tracking tools for parents and children.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create a parent account on Memozen.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each account may have up to the number of child profiles permitted by your subscription plan.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Memozen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Memozen offers Free, Standard (₹399/year), and Family (₹799/year) subscription plans.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-recurring unless explicitly renewed by the user.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice of at least 30 days.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian tax laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its servers.
• Share your account credentials with others outside your immediate family.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any content or features of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Memozen uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate educational questions and weekly reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Memozen does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content and recommends parental supervision for younger children.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clevergen Education and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Memozen and Clevergen Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Memozen reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
